You will condition and work every major muscle group, along with your heart and core for the entire 60 minute session. we limit the Small Group Personal Training to just 4-6 people so we can give everyone the attention they need to be safe, efficient and effective. There is also more availability to give you more flexibility in scheduling a session to suit your busy schedule.
