ATTEND 2 TO 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK WITH AT HOLLINS FITNESS AND UP TO 4 DAYS PER WEEK OF INDEPENDENT WORKOUTS ASSIGNED BY YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER.  THE FREQUENCY IS BASED ON YOUR BUDGET, GOALS AND HOW FAST YOU WISH FOR YOUR GOALS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED.   OUR PROGRAM IS BASED ON 3 IN-STUDIO METABOLIC RESISTANCE SESSIONS PER WEEK.  IF YOU CHOOSE THE 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK OPTION, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE ONE INDEPENDENT METABOLIC RESISTANCE SESSION ASSIGNED BY YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER ON YOUR OWN.  IN ADDITION TO THESE SESSIONS, 3 HI-INTENSITY INTEVAL (HIIT) SESSIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED BY YOUR TRAINER.  THESE WILL ALSO BE DONE INDEPENDENTLY.  THIS WILL BE A TOTAL OF 180 TO 240 MINUTES OF MODERATE/HIGH-INTENSISTY EXERCISE PER WEEK.  6 DAYS OF WORKOUTS, TAKING APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 40 MINUTES A DAY WITH 1 REST DAY. 
  2. YOU WILL PURCHASE AND WEAR A HEART RATE MONITOR SO WE CAN TRACK YOUR INTENSITY, DURATION AND NUMBER OF CALORIES THAT YOU BURN DURING YOUR SESSIONS.
  3. LOG YOUR MEALS WITH MY FITNESS PAL APP DAILY AND STAY WITHIN 10% OF OUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CALORIES, PROTEIN, CARBOHYDRATES, FAT AND WATER INTAKE.

CREATE A DAILY CALORIE DEFICIT OF APPROXIMATELY 1000 CALORIES BETWEEN THE CALORIES YOU BURN FROM EXERCISE AND BY REDUCING YOUR CALORIE INTAKE.  THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU BURN 500 CALORIES WITH EXERCISE YOU WILL NEED TO REDUCE YOUR DAILY INTAKE BY 500 CALORIES TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL.  THIS WILL RESULT IN WEIGHT LOSS AT A RATE OF 1 TO 2 POUNDS PER – OR 4 TO 8 POUNDS A MONTH.

It’s not a class!!!  Because Small Group Personal Training is truly personal training, we can accommodate nearly all fitness levels and health issues in this setting. From athletes to post-rehab, we’ve got you covered.  Whether you’re an experienced exerciser or just starting out our Small Group Personal Training program is perfect for you.  Utilizing proven training systems, each individual in the group will get the most out of their workout, no matter what their skill level. 

You will condition and work every major muscle group, along with your heart and core for the entire 60 minute session.  we limit the Small Group Personal Training to just 4-6 people so we can give everyone the attention they need to be safe, efficient and effective.  There is also more availability to give you more flexibility in scheduling a session to suit your busy schedule. 

Small Group Personal Training offers the type of training you’d expect when working 1-on-1 with a great price savings.  This should help reduce the barrier of cost that can normally come with a private trainer.  The combination of more personalized attention than clients would get in a class and a lower fee than one-on-one training appeals to many people.  Small Group Personal Training is an affordable, effective way to maximize your time in the gym and get personalized attention from a trained fitness professional in a small group environment.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING ALLOWS CLIENTS TO WORK ON THEIR INDIVIDUAL CONCERNS RELATING SPECIFICALLY TO THEIR BODIES. SESSIONS DESIGNED TO PUSH EACH CLIENT BEYOND THEIR PERSONAL COMFORT LEVEL IN ORDER TO REACH PERSONAL SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM FITNESS GOALS.  YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A VARIETY OF PROGRESSIVE EXERCISES TO AVOID BOREDOM OFTEN CAUSED BY REPETITIVE INDEPENDENT WORKOUTS.  CLIENTS THAT BENEFIT THE MOST FROM THIS TYPE OF TRAINING:

nutritional consulting

nutritional consulting will be conducted through an app-based program.   Clients will be guided on recommended daily calorie intakes and percentages of macro-nutrients  such as Protein, carbohydrates and fats.  Advice on proper food choices will also be given with meal plan. Each week that meal plan is correctly followed and reported will result in a $40 reduction in the program that month (up to $160 off per month).
